Inferno Cavaliers

Originally know as the Cavaliers, the faction prepared itself to eliminate the remnants of the alien fleet, which had been dealt a decisive blow by the Crimson Crusaders. The Cavaliers reduced the number of their fighting force, keeping many in reserve and completing underestimating the enemy’s tactical ability.

The alien fleet held back their assault, instead surveying the location of active units, before launching a full-scale attack behind defensive lines. This costly mistake resulted in losses of mechas units and several planets. A damning verdict for underestimating the enemy.

The arrival of the reserve units tilted the balance to the settled planets, soon gaining an upper hand to drive the enemy back. The alien beasts embedded themselves deep, hunkering down to deflect the mecha assaults, readying themselves for what seemed like a long, drawn-out battle.

As exhausted pilots swapped with their counterparts, returning to the fight yet effecting minimal losses to the enemy, they passed on the same message to one another…welcome to hell.
